I just completed the payment for my domain (business plan), but I couldn’t finish the setup. While troubleshooting, I accidentally changed the plan to free and then tried to re-add it, but it’s asking for payment again. I was just trying to resolve the issue and don’t understand why it’s asking for payment again. I also can’t access the support portal because it’s asking for payment there too.

is there anyway we can email or call them? Chat support option also disabled even though we paid for business plan.

I have raised five tickets to upgrade my billing subscription from free to paid and sent an email to the sales team, but no one is responding. I have never seen such poor support.
Cloudflare appears to be a scam…
they take money online and then no one cares. We paid for a year, but the subscription still shows as free, impacting my domain. I wish I had known about this scam before paying.

I will not recommend this to anyone- pls beware , its a SCAM
once you paid no one will respond to you.
