I just bought this new domain (through Cloudflare) and I bought Wordpress.

I want to put my domain onto Wordpress, but apparently I need to change the nameservers on Cloudflare’s side. Is the only way to do that is to upgrade to $250/mo Business?

No, you don’t need to change your nameservers to use Wordpress hosting (you can’t do that with a Cloudflare-registered domain, and there are good reasons not to do it even if you could–I know Wordpress call it the “recommended” method but that’s because it makes you more locked into their hosting).
