I have renewed my domain name and the bill shows that it is normal

I have renewed my domain name and the bill shows that it is normal. The bill shows the renewal date of the domain name from 04/24/2023 to 04/24/2024, but the backend management interface date of my Cloudflare has not been updated, and I will receive an official domain expiration reminder email from Cloudflare. May I ask what is going on? How should we solve it?

I see that and same for whois, I also see the invoice and suspect it’s a timing issue. But, I will flag this for the attention of my colleagues in #general:billing
