SSL certificate should be CA authorized – domain or non-domain and should not be
self-signed certificate
. How can I do that through you?
Also, how are the steps and details of the subscription and the price of the certificate, noting that I want the certificate to link to a Saudi payment gateway and my private hosting is WordPress?

Cloudflare is not a Certificate Authority. The Origin CA SSL we provide only works with Cloudflare proxied domains.
You may want to take a look at CAs like Google Trust Services, Let’s Encrypt, and Sectigo amongst other reputable CAs.
