I’m having an ns problem in the domain that I transferred from a Cloudflare account to my (ihs.com.tr) account about 2 weeks ago. We transferred the domain name, I made ns redirects, but the site opens in some regions, it does not open in some regions, it gives “dns_probe_finished_nxdomain” error. Is there an incomplete process on Cloudflare? Can you help with this issue? domain: zeytinsuit.com
The site is currently being served by ns7.hosteva.com and ns8.hosteva.com as the nameservers - have you changed these to use Cloudflare’s nameservers?
yes new nameservers are ns7.hosteva.com and ns8.hosteva.com
these are my server’s ns.
zeytinsuit.com is not on Cloudflare. it is on ihs.com.tr.
it transferred from Cloudflare to ihs.com.tr two weeks ago. and I have this problem for 2 weeks.
