we have paid for the services but we still have not get anything for 3 weeks now, we have try to reach support from june 02 until now but no success, no reply at all!!

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i have try to reach the support, i have create a ticket on 2 june, and one ticket yesterday, but nobody is replying, i have try to sent emails, no reply, i have call the sales number on mobile phone, but imediately after they show them that i did not want to buy any new product, they told me to create again a new ticket!

i have paid the invoice IN-41827930 and IN-42978277 and IN-40200790

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We have check and verify all payments on our side has gone long time ago, also this happen at 02 june, with another product and we still waiting for it, the other products that we have paid and still waiting to get them are from 14 jun.

We try to text and call on all numbers and emails that we find but nobody cares!

We have double check on billing section on cloudflare and invoices are paid, IN-41827930 and IN-42978277 and IN-40200790

Pleasee urgent we need a solution

I have the same problem. I paid invoice number IN-41082257 on June 17th and my domains have not been updated to the Pro Plan. Please help me.

Thanks for your previous reply and for saying the case was forwarded to the engineers. But things have actually gotten worse.

On June 14, I paid the recurring invoice for the Business plan (with a one-week delay).
The invoice clearly stated it was valid until july 14, but the service was never activated.
I waited, then posted here, and you said the case was being handled.
Meanwhile, to avoid interruption, I paid again for the Business plan and 4 other pro plans, thinking it would finally get resolved.

But now:

The all repaid subscriptions are FREE again.
I’ve been charged twice.
And worse, old invoices from 2024 (3 x $75) were added, for a service I already canceled months ago.
My account now shows “bad debt”, even though i’ve paid, and I still don’t have the service active.

And now, after 12 year customer of cloudflare and, that
I’m not asking for much.
I just want:
The Business plan to be activated immediately (I’ve already paid double x2 and have 0)
And to not be held up for refunds or invoices that are not my fault.
I’ve been a Cloudflare user for over 14 years.
I was using CF Pro and Bussiness plan for a long time with premium support, and now all that i can do is to write in community forum because nobody is answering my ticket and my emails!
That’s the horrible situation that I’m in!
This situation is unacceptable the costs i’m losing every day because of this are no longer bearable.
Please treat this as urgent bro it’s directly affecting my clients and services.

Hello Nando, please, i have paid again for same products, and same stoped again, and nobody is replying after i show all screenshot proofs that the account has not any debt and only cloudflare has debt on me. Cloudflare was Continuing to create invoice after peoducts are cancelet or deleted! My bussiness is going down with 2 weeks free plan instead of bussiness. This is giving headace from morning till i sleep. Thats will not end well. If i lose my bussiness. Ill go after this until somebody pay for all my damages.
They ask me emails to show in what time i canceled that subscribtionw, i sent to them then all disapear. No reply, is week 3 that my clients need 5 minutes to conect to my site. Is that ok for you to treat customers like this. The phone number works only if you are new client. That you want to come to cloudflare, but what about old customers? Example im old customer 14 year now and i cant even sent email suppor, and if tou are new amd want to buy something. You give them access to phone call 24/7
