I’d like to know if I need to install Super Page Cache for Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin to activate the cache

I have the page rules setup as in the screenshot.

1. Do I still need to install Super Page Cache for Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin to activate the cache?
2. Can I activate the cache using only Super Page Cache for Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin (without setting up the page rules in Cloudflare dashboard)
