What makes you think you need to block them?
In all likelihood those are related to Cloudflare’s pseudo IPv4 generation for inbound IPv6 requests, although you’d need to review the headers to be sure.

while i check any ip of them on https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup
get invalid ips *-
so it no way to get details about ipv6
