What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I canceled my PRO plan in August 2024, I even received the corresponding confirmation of cancellation by e-mail.
In September, I discovered that the subscription had not been canceled and I was still being charged.
Then I wanted to cancel the subscription again, but as soon as I click on “Edit”, nothing happens and when I click on PRO plan, I get a 404 error.

I contacted support for a refund and that Cloudflare should cancel my PRO plan as it is technically not possible to cancel the subscription.

Only got standard answers and no help. And on October 5th the next amount will be billed, although I canceled the subscription in August as I said and I no longer use the service.

Please help!
