What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

登录时提示密码错误(我确认密码是正确的)。通过邮箱找回密码,也无法收到邮件。也无法通过goolge账号登录

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • When I log in using google it prompts “An error occurred during the login process. Please try again or contact support.”
  • When I try to reset my password I don’t get a reset code.
  • When I log in with the correct password,it prompts “Email address/password do not match.”
  • When I use the domain name “taie.dev” to retrieve my e-mail address,it prompts “The domain provided isn’t registered on the Internet. This tool only works with active Cloudflare domains. Check for spelling typos or complete the form with a different domain.”.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

May I ask if you’ve successfully received emails from Cloudflare in the past? :thinking:

Domain status looks good, registered with Cloudflare Registrar and nameservers are ed and lola.

May I ask if you’ve tried using a different Web browser or Incognito mode (Private Window) in the meantime already? :thinking:
