When I go to the billing page there is nothing displayed

I have using different browsers, Edge Chromium, Google Chrome, Firefox.
I have tried clearing cache and browsing history on all 3 browsers
I have tried incognito mode on all 3 browsers
I have tried creating different accounts and login with them on all browsers
I have tried submitting multiple tickets but get told to try the same as above then if still having issues to send another response to which I have been ghosted on

When going to Manage Account > Billing > Invoices and documents there is nothing there. No error message either.

And you are logged-in as a Super Administrator for it, correct?

A billing ticket can be opened on any plan type including free.

I have multiple active subscriptions, and the current account is a Super Admin

I have tried opening multiple tickets but am not getting any response other than them just telling me to go to the same location that I already am trying
