This is a public discussion, so I can’t give the exact IP. And nowhere is it indicated where I can contact the developers. The point is that I am in Ukraine, Poltava, and as a result I am blocked on a bunch of sites. You probably thought that the city is close to Russia, but our region is not even a border region. This is Central Ukraine. And it is generally unclear why Ukraine is blocked.

Website owners can literally do what they want to do with their websites, that’s beyond the control of Cloudflare, even when the website owner choose to use Cloudflare.

Contact the website owner, and at the bare minimum, include the Ray ID you see on the error page, and they will be able to dig deeper in to the situation with you.
