What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Not only have I gotten zero responses to my ticket (00990658) but now you automatically close the forum thread as well. Am I ever going to get any support for these outrageous billing issues or should I just start working with a lawyer? You all decide

I cannot provide whatever feedback that was requested because I don’t understand it.
I wrote in my ticket and provided documentation on how my “minutes delivered” via Stream was wildly higher than what it should have been given the uploaded videos and site visitor metrics.
The second issue was that despite having set a usage notification to prevent a large bill, no notification was actually sent when the cap was exceeded.
