Based on your post, no one can tell you what is (possibly) wrong.

You can add a link as preformatted text like example.com.
But if you don’t want to share the link, there isn’t much anyone can do to help.
Likely the SEO issues faced by the site are nothing to do with Cloudflare. Perhaps try Google Search Central Community
