Can you show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records page, including the bar at the top that looks like this..

You are adding records to your domain in a different Cloudflare account from where your domain is currently active - the zone you are in has a status of “Finish setup” instead of “Active”.

You either need to…

  • locate the account where the domain is currently active and make your DNS changes there

…or…

  • make the zone active in the account you are currently in by selecting a plan and changing the nameservers at the registrar to the 2 Cloudflare ones given on your domain overview page.
