I have added my *.de domain but it requires different class ip for 2 nameservers. When I wrote derek and adrian the registrar doesnt change my nameservers. it says “something went wrong” how do I fix this ?

All Cloudflare Nameserver Entrys are pointed to the Anycasted IP Network so that other Servers and Clients reach the fastest Cloudflare Server for them.
When your Domain Registrar doesnt like this, then this would be a Problem. I dont think there is a way around this either.
But because the Problem is with your Domain Registrar you would need to contact them and let them Figure out what the Problem is. Not really anything we can do here
namecheap.com is making problems about the domain TLDs of *.de
I have written many times. and I got wix accout, several hosting accout for my de domain to be redirected . but they do not change the nameservers according to the result of denic. But denic says that your NSs are succesfull since it is not in the same IP class.
I still try to solve the issue with namecheap but they havent changed it even manually till now.
What is your domain? And can you maybe show a screenshot of where you’re changing the nameservers and the error that you see?
