Kindly, go to the Namecheap dashboard, cross-check for any DS records and remove them. Disable DNSSEC as well. Looks like it’s stuck due to the DNSSEC being enabled since before:

Helpful article:

Once done, wait for few more hours until you’d either see the zone as “Active” in the Cloudflare dashboard → Overview tab or receive an notification to your email assigned to your Cloudflare account that the zone is active.

From the Cloudflare docs, here is the article stating to disable DNSSEC before changing the domain nameservers:

Thanks for answering
See the problem is first of all

It’s been there like this for a week now I only have those two
the DNSSEC was disabled by default
And should I enable it after I’m done
I will try now to remove all the name servers and enter them again

Possibly there’s something still left in the DNS cache as DS records are still showing up.

If DS records are removed and DNSSEC disabled, try to keep it like that for next 24hours.

If not fixed, kindly, write via chat to the Namecheap support so they could double-check just in case.

Don’t forget to add other DNS records at Cloudflare DNS and point your Website to your web hosting (A www, A tailoruniforms.net, MX …) under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone:
