I have a Problem in billing

when I open the portal and show the subscription, the billing is paid on 17th July, but no discount occurs on my visa. how can solve the issue??

Checking your account details from here I am not seeing that you even have a billing profile set up at this time. Please send a ticket to [email protected] from the super admin email on file for the account you are referencing.
