I have a ghost ns record, how to delete it?

I dig my domain name and found two ns records that I have not set. There are no two records in the dashboard.

How can I delete them?

My dig result:

dig dou.lu @emily.ns.cloudflare.com ns

Your domain does not point to Cloudflare at all.

As for that record on Cloudflare, can you post a screenshot of your DNS records?

How did you add your domain? Directly or via a partner? Did it ever use custom nameservers?

But should you want to move your domain to Cloudflare you best contact support to have that sorted. That setup admittedly does look strange.

how to contact support?

Looks like a proper full setup. Thats how you signed up, right?

As for support -> https://support.cloudflare.com/requests/new

If you want you can remove the screenshot again to keep the IP addresses hidden.
