What is the issue you’re encountering

Some visitors are normal, but some vistors have this problem. Visitors who have problems can access the website directly through the sub-pages, but will encounter this problem on the homepage of the website.

If the 403 responses have Cloudflare error pages, check your security event log for the reasons…

You can ask your users for the ray ID to track down the exact request.

Strangely, no ray ID show up in the error page. see attached picture.

What if you check the response headers in developer mode? Do you see the cf-ray, and what is the value of the server header reported by the user?
