I have 278 "firewall events" but I can only see 50 and the next page says "51 to 50 of 278 items."

I have 278 “firewall events” but I can only see 50 and the next page says “51 to 50 of 278 items.” That’s as far as the list of events goes.

I can see roughly the same number of events (a bit due to timing) but I am not encountering the same odd pagination issue with events that you see.
