Hello why i got this message when i enable Cloudflare SSL 
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to mizban.top. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
this error show in same network and not showing to all users !
also i was check cach and cookie and also check from different location with different network and different PC,MOB,etc!
and if i disable Cloudflare ssl all work fine and website load correctly !
Cloadflare settings:
SSL : FULL
Always Use HTTPS : ON
Authenticated Origin Pulls : OFF
Minimum TLS Version : 1
Opportunistic Encryption : ON
Onion Routing : ON
TLS 1.3 : ENABLE
Automatic HTTPS Rewrites : ON
Certificate Transparency Monitoring : OFF
