Chances are you opened a lot of lyric pages in total which triggered their “user is a bot” system. Their system probably adds bots to the CF block list automatically.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing CF or this community can do for you. You would do best by contacting genius via social media or email, but I don’t know if they even have a support email address.
