Have you tried using a different Web browser, or Incognito mode (Private Window)? 
I cannot recreate the same, the stated calculator.academy works without any errors from my end so far.
sure i could to contact site owner. but i got blocked and should i wasting my time to do this? to access one of many calculators? its about performance of cloudflare

No, it’s the settings of the site you are trying to visit. Cloudflare cannot change a site owner’s security configuration for you.
Cloudflare provides security tools to website operators to manage their websites. Why they chose to block you is a topic to take up with them.
Cloudflare does not manage their settings.

I suspect that is a rayid, share that with the site owners and they can tell you why they blocked you. We do not have visibility into nor control of the setting a site owner makes.

It would not matter if you did (although anyone can open a ticket). But, the Support team can only work with the site owner, not visitors to the site.
