When you say you received a message to update your nameservers, did you already use Cloudflare before that? Did you do anything that would cause such a message to be sent to you?
Otherwise, it might be that someone else added your domain to their account and caused that message to be sent, because I can see that your domain is still added to the same account with the same old nameservers.
If you continue to use the same account as before, I would recommend that you urgently switch your nameservers back to Ariadne and Bob.
Thanks for the help, but I don’t have a host provider, I bought the domain from Tucows and Seekahost manage it for me. I only use it for homeassistant, so it isn’t hosted as such….
I changed the dns back and my site is back up again. Cloudflare is still telling me to update my nameservers to aiden and ingrid and saying that my site isno longer active on cloudflare
