I get an error “code:1315”

If I add my new domain, there is always error 1315. how should I solve it? Thank you!

You will need to create a Billing ticket. You can open a Billing ticket here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

I have created a billing ticket, but I received a response from a bot and the issue is not resolved. Perhaps you can help me? Ticket ID: 3284242

It wil take time for your request to make its way to the the top of the billing support queue. There are many billing tickets in addition to yours. It will be worked as soon as a billing specialist is available.
