I found access from @cloudflare.com user in my activity logs, is this normal?

I got question related to Cloudflare zero trust.

Recently when I check the admin log, I found one email that I not recognized [email protected] . I assume this is from Cloudflare team because email ending with ‘@cloudflare.com’.

Is this normal?. Will any Cloudflare team able to access my setting and override it without customer authorization.

I’ve escalated this to Support as it’s not something we can check on here.

Hi from the Cloudflare Product team, we’re investigating why this appeared in your audit logs as a priority. This specific log was not a setting change but was related to a new feature being rolled out to accounts.
