I found a "hacker", scammer and they use Cloudflare

My identity was stolen in 2019, they refer to me as a stolen email username; this one refers to me by name which means it’s a recent form of criminal activity under my name. I analyzed the URL they texted me for phishing purposes and now I know who did it. Their websites that’s running their scammy fraudulent activities is using Cloudflare. What do I do now?

I got proof going from the phone number they texted me with, to the IP Addresses, Domain Names and Domain Hosting Provider along with DNS Records to prove to connectivity between them.

Can I submit abuse for them to be taken down, please?
