I doubt the site is hosted on Cloudflare, your site probably just sits behind Cloudflare’s protection.
If you go back through old emails, you should be able to see the address you were signed up with. If you can’t, you will probably have to create a new account at Cloudflare and start from scratch. Your site should still be on the same server, though.
