Unable to add this website under the free plan due to a billing error. Upon checking the billing section, there are no pending payments, and it’s been two days already.

Kindly, you need to follow the instructions as follows on the link below to open a Billing Ticket and share the ticket number here with us:
The Support team is aware of some recent errors; 1258 , 1315 , subscription changes, and plan changes.
If you’re encountering any of the above issues, please report them directly to Customer Support at, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

I have always used the free plan, and there are no unpaid invoices on my billing page.
You still need to open a billing ticket so the team can verify what’s going on.
