DNS resolution error

What happened?

You’ve requested a page on a website (newenergie.ai) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (newenergie.ai). There are two potential causes of this:

  • Most likely: if the owner just signed up for Cloudflare it can take a few minutes for the website’s information to be distributed to our global network.
  • Less likely: something is wrong with this site’s configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider’s DNS fails.

Please Help me

Hi, I can see that you created a CNAME record for newenergy.ai.

This is not allowed, and you DNS provider should have shown you an error for doing this. CNAME records can only be created for subdomains.

newenergie.ai. 3600 IN NS dns2.registrar-servers.com.
newenergie.ai. 3600 IN NS dns1.registrar-servers.com.
;; Received 129 bytes from 2001:500:14:6123:ad::1#53(pch.whois.ai) in 8 ms

newenergie.ai. 60 IN CNAME zara.wavyi.com.
;; Received 70 bytes from 156.154.133.200#53(dns2.registrar-servers.com) in 20 ms

Hey Laudian thank for your Response

i Read an Article if i want my domain to point on a specfic cname record as zara.wavyi.com so that end clients can open there domain to open zara.wavyi.com and i enabled saas but it’s not working what do i need to do to enable this Feature do i have Restriction on domains to point to my cname record ? i need to enable it so that my clients can connect there domain to there website which is there subdomain

The DNS standard does not allow for CNAME records at the apex of a zone (example.com), but only for subdomains (www.example.com).

Most DNS provider do not allow you to do this, and you should expect problems if you do it anyway with providers that allow you to do this.

You should use a subdomain like www.example.com for use with Cloudflare for SaaS. Alternatively, your Clients need a DNS providers that offers something like Cloudflare’s CNAME Flattening.
Or, as a last option, you could get Cloudflare’s Apex Proxying upgrade, which allows your customers to use A records instead of CNAME records, but this is expensive.

Okay thank you Laudian i added it using a record and my server ip address

I Have anther Question the domain i have doesn’t have ssl how to generate ssl for this domain Automatic when connecting to my ip address
