I dont have any subscriptions, Why It told me that I have unpaid invoices to pay?

I got this warning below:
Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323)

I didn’t take any subscriptions, Why it told me I have unpaid billing???

Here is the unpaid image.

I have no record of past subscriptions, why is there an automatic deduction in the billing?

Why were deductions made in both February and January when there is no subscription history?

I did not initiate any subscriptions!!!

Is there a staff member who can provide me with some answers?

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

Our Billing Engineering are currently investigating and working on a fix with regards on this issue.

Please Cloudflare Status - Billing Errors - managing payment methods, subscriptions, paying invoices & inaccurate unpaid balances for the update.

This can also affect you, even though you do not have any subscription or any bad debt.
