I need access to my domain but the email address that was used is unknown and/or we are not able to access it. I tried follow the directions on the docs about transfer the domain but it doesn’t seem to me going as it would seem it should on paper. I need help or direction on how I can get access.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. These links may help, but they only work when logged out. I suspect option 3 is the best…but based on your post I am uncertain if the emails is unknown or you simply cannot access it,
If you cannot access the email associated with your domain, you’ll need to set up the domain on a different account. To do this, follow the instructions for Moving Domains Between Accounts. You’ll need access to your domain registrar to update the nameservers.
