When I go to the page to open a call, I can see the option for chat support, which says that it is available on the “Business” plan. However, the “Live chat” button is disabled, even though our plan is “Business”. The reason for upgrading to Business was precisely the priority support. I need this support urgently.
Normally, you’d see a bubble on the lower right of your screen to start the chat. I do not see it there, either.
You can follow these steps to kick off a ticket which I can flag for Support if you share the number here. Login, go to Support → Contact Cloudflare and follow these steps, enter the name of the business domain and complete the form to open a ticket
I can’t see the live chat bubble. It disappeared after upgrading the plan. Live chat on the “Contact Cloudflare” page is also disabled. I opened a ticket. But the reason for upgrading the plan was to have faster support.
I continue without the “live chat buttom”. I am really unconfortable with this situation. there is a message to upgrade the plan and have access imediately.
Can you login using incognito mode to see if you can also see the option? If you can and start a chat, please let the agent know you have two existing tickets for them to look at, that will get them up to speed quickly. If you cannot see it, let us know here.
