Today i have configured two mailboxes. I want to configure them as a target address for my routing rules. First account worked properly, but the second account is not recieving the verification email.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I already checked the spam folder, the email filtering of my provoider and allowlisted ‘[email protected]’. After some re-creations I’m still not able to recieve the confirmation e-mail to use the second address as target address.

The unverified email is not showing on our block (suppression) list, can you contact your email provider to see if it’s blocked on the server?

I fully re-created the mailbox and it worked. Thank you for your assistance
