I’m blocked because I just transferred my site to a new hosting.

I deleted my site from Cloudflare to reinstall it properly but it reuses the old DNS.

Do you know how can I set the factory information so that it can connect correctly to the new server?

Blocked from what?

Changing hosting is not something that involves removing your domain from Cloudflare. There is no “factory information”. You need to update your DNS records to contain the information provided by your new host. This Community #tutorial explains how.

Editing DNS Records

This tutorial covers editing DNS records. Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard. Enter your credentials and click ‘Log In’ Click the domain in question On this page, you will see a list of the DNS records for your domain. This page is where you edit them.
