I couldn't disable the DNSSEC of my domain

I couldn’t disable the DNSSEC of my domain, and also the nameservers didn’t change.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

This domain was registered by Cloudflare registar.
When I saw the Invalid nameservers error status. I disabled the DNSSEC, however it keep showing pending on the page for 2 weeks.
Also the nameservers didn’t renew. I cannot change it manually.

Your domain is currently active on Cloudflare so likely you have just added your domain to a another Cloudflare account with different nameservers…

You will need to log in to the account where the domain is registered and use it there. If you log out of the dashboard and then select “Forgot your email” you can get an email sent to the owner of the account where the domain is active.

I know the nameservers are wrong, however I don’t know how to change them myself.
And I only registered one account to Cloudflare, so I am sure about the account is correct.

You can’t change the nameservers, they are controlled by Cloudflare for security reasons. Check if the domain is showing under domain registration here…

If not, you are in the wrong account. If it is, then you’ll need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to ask for the nameservers to be updated.

No, I owned this domain.
And also I sent a support ticket, however I couldn’t log in the support dashboard.
It would always redirect to Document page.

Did you buy the domain using an iCloud or Google login?

There is an issue with viewing submitted tickets. Just reply to the email that was sent when the ticket was submitted.

…as everything so far indicates you are not in the correct account. The domain is active on Cloudflare, but has invalid nameservers in the account you are logged in to.
