I changed something in my DNS and now my website is messed up. Please help!

Hey guys, I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to websites, so please forgive me for my ignorance. Here’s my problem:

I want to change my hosting provider. After looking up on Youtube, I decided to follow one and changed my IP address on a type A record file in DNS. That messed up my website and now I cannot access it.

I want to change it back to the original but I don’t remember the content. Can you guys let me know what did I change so I can return the file to its original?
