I changed my name servers and now I can’t access my Wordpress dashboard

I upgraded my plan - paid $200 and still can’t access live chat assistance!

I changed my name servers and now I can’t access my Wordpress dashboard. Domain is registered in Namesilo and hosted here in Cloudflare. Help!

And, how on earth can I get to talk to a live representative?? The ‘blue button’ on right corner is a bot and does not work for live assistance.

What did you change them to, and what were they previously?

You should get through to a live agent if you provide the needed information to the support bot - are you getting stuck at a certain point?

The biz zone in question has one incorrectly named nameserver that was recently changed, check the DNS app of your dash for the correct names and then do a whois on the domain to see the error. As a result the zone shows as moved. Correct the ns to start and the system should pick up the change and show the zone as active.
