What is the isssue you’re encountering

I can not add my site toi a Plan

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked the Billing information in my account and there are no unpaid invoices.

When I try to add my site to a plan (Free or Pro) and click continue then I receive this message “You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)”, but I haven’t any unpaid invoices. Can you resolve that, in order to add my site to Cloudflare’s plan?

Thank you for the reply, Because I haven’t had an answer in a week from the support, I said someone might have an idea in the community.

99% of the time, we can help very quickly. Unfortunately, it’s that 1% that hurts, the Community cannot assist on Account, Billing nor Registrar issues.
