There is no solution to my problem anywhere, when I searched for my error I was asked to come here.
Now you say I can’t ask my question here?
What you are doing here is sending us all over the place without us getting the help we need.

The Community cannot address Billing issue, the billing support team needs to do that on a ticket, that’s what the post I pointed to indicates.

Follow these steps to kick off a Billing ticket, login, go to Support → Contact cloudflare, you’ll end up here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Select Billing

Continue to work the form top to bottom and select you need more help at the bottom and continue to open the ticket
