I can't upload the picture

I can’t upload the picture.

HTTP error message appear on wordpress screen

when I turn on Cloud flare.

When I turn off Cloud flare,I can upload the picture successfully.

Besides,I can’t set the Featured image.

I setted the Featured image with existing picture,but Featured image area nothing change.

Surely,I purged all browser cache and Cloudflare cache.

Please help me.
