I can't transfer my .com domains from Namecheap to cloudflare

I’ve tried to follow the tutorial, but the transfer domain tab just says: " You currently have no domains available for transfer to Cloudflare."

Is the domain that you wish to transfer to Cloudflare registrar currently active in your Cloudflare account? Cloudflare registrar is a benefit offered only for domains that use Cloudflare nameservers. Before your domain may be transferred, it must first be active in your Cloudflare account.
