after Registration to cloudflare and and made configuration now i cant reach to my website

May I ask what kind of error do you get and what is your domain name?
If you recently added your domain to your Cloudflare account and changed nameservers, usually it coudl took up to 24 hours due to DNS propagation time.
Therefore, if the DNS records are being proxied 
cloud, it could be some other issue like for example regarding the SSL/TLS settings and further questions.
