I can't proxy shopify CNAME and A record

What is the name of the domain?

None

What is the error message?

Target shops.myshopify.com. is not allowed for a proxied record.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t proxy record.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

From other threads we just learned that we need Cloudflare team to enable O2O so we can proxy our Shopify related DNS records, can you assist?
