I have no payment problems. I cannot use my R2 service. I can see my paid invoice, but my subscription shows as expired and does not allow me to cancel or make another payment.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My app is down, and I have many users, which is causing me significant losses. I have already sent a ticket to support, but there has been no solution. I called the contact number, and they told me to pay $2000 for the enterprise plan to solve my problem. This is outrageous.
