I can't open the waf section

after pressing waf, it gives me the following: “It looks like we’re having some internal issues.
Our team has been notified. If you’d like to help, tell us what happened below.
Describe what happened and how we might reproduce this error”. Am I the only with this problem?

May I ask which Cloudflare plan type are you using?
Could you share a screenshoot of this error message?
Have you already tried contacting Cloudflare support about this issue?
Is it Account level WAF or rather domain/zone level WAF?

I have a similar problem.

I have the same problem. I go to Security → WAF and get an error. Free plan.

Hi @kv1 @ivan.chupin.1973 @vyacheslav.tonkin I cannot recreate that error on my dash nor on any of your accounts. It may have been a transient error. Can you try again in incognito mode to see if the error is still present? If it is, we’ll need to loop in Support to have them assist.

I tried to go to the WAF section in incognito mode and everything works fine. Next, in the main browser mode, I deleted all cookies and tried to enter WAF again, but I still got the same error. Only after deleting cached images and files I was able to enter WAF section. Now everything works for me.

Hi @bashautocoom @gosloto @it-hosting @ivan.chupin.1973 @144kli @warhangel sorry for the long delay in reply, we saw similar incidents of this waf issue that were related to Cloudflare Status - Bot Management feature experiencing display issue in dashboard for some features.

If you clear cache & cookies and/or try from incognito mode and you’re still encountering issues with accessing WAF let us know on this thread please.
