I am using a lot of Russian/Indian websites to learn a lot of programming things. Today when I try to visit them through a search I see the “access denied” page.
Can someone explain to me what is wrong?. I am using static IP and AFAIK only my family uses this IP.
Any solution to this problem?

Are you getting Access Denied in all of the websites that you accessed?
Is the error code 1020? Do you have a screenshot?
It looks like they just blocked the entire India country. You might need to contact them to clarify on that - why they need to block India completely. Could be too much attacks coming from India.
Have you tried accessing via a VPN instead of your static IP
