I cant login to my Cloudflare account! Please help!

Hi everyone and hope you are fine.

I am trying to log in to my Cloudflare account, however, I am seeing the below warning.

You’re attempting to log into Cloudflare from an unrecognized IP Address. Please enter the Authentication Token that was sent to the email associated with this account.

I did not receive any email and have tried numerous times to log in. I can’t send a support ticket as I cant log in to my Cloudflare account. I have been logged out for several weeks now.

Forgot password also does not work as I do not receive an email.

I would very much appreciate help to login into my account.

Unfortunately, it knows to happen if your email address somehow got to be on the suppression list due to an opt-out, or bounces :thinking:

Can you add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email allowlist? You may also want to search for mail from those senders. @cloonan

May I ask if it is the same e-mail you are using here on community?
If not, kindly reply here with the answer to the above question (don’t post your e-mail here due to the privacy concer) and someone from Cloudflare staff would start a private message and you can share details there to help you to find a solution.

Kindly, I’d suggest you to send an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account, this way the ticket would be created and the number should be shared in the title/reply of it. Please, share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue:

If your account on Cloudflare Free plan then you can easily create a new Cloudflare account and change old nameservers to the new nameservers in your domain registrar.

I added these emails to my safe list.
I contacted Cloudflare support from an old support email. Please find below Cloudflare’s response that resolved my issue.

Paul, I have the same problem - stuck in a cycle where I forgot my PW and can’t login on Apple since it appears that I need two factor auth to use it. Did you sole this - it is urgent for me.
