I can't log in to my paid account

I cannot log in to my paid account.

I’m getting a message that I am logging in from a new IP, and to enter a code that’s being emailed to me, but I’ve not received an email.

I had to file this under a free account since I have to log in to get support. I filed a ticket yesterday, (#2275707) but I’ve not heard back yet.

You will need to email [email protected] from the address on the account you cannot access. When you get an autoreply with a ticket number, please post that here.
